A and D Imprisonment for one year and six months, and Defendant F for six months, Defendant B, C, and E for a fine of 5,00,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and Defendants B purchased a lost mobile phone from a taxi using the “scaming” method so that passengers can see light of the lost mobile phone from the taxi under the above condition, and then sold it and conspired to purchase the lost mobile phone by paying the purchase fund of the lost mobile phone. Defendant A and Defendant B conspired to purchase the lost mobile phone by using the “scaming” method.

Accordingly, in front of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H building in early February 2015, Defendant B purchased KRW 80,000 from an irregular taxi driver with knowledge of the fact that the victim’s name was lost by an irregular taxi driver with the 350,000 won of the market price, and Defendant A purchased KRW 20,000 of the mobile phone totaling KRW 1,50,000,000 from around 20 to May 2015, Defendant A purchased KRW 20,000 of the mobile phone totaling KRW 1,50,000,000 from around 20 to around 1, 200.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to acquire stolen goods.

2. Defendant A and Defendant C purchased the lost mobile phone using the aforementioned “scams” method, and then sold it, and Defendant A paid the purchase fund of the lost mobile phone, and Defendant C conspired to purchase the lost mobile phone with the said “scams”.

Accordingly, in front of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H building in early February 2015, Defendants C purchased at KRW 50,000 of the price with knowledge of the fact that the victim’s name was lost by an unsalvable taxi engineer from the unsalvists, using the aforementioned “salvance” method, and Defendant A purchased at least 75,000 won of the price when galvous ju, which is the owner of the victim’s name, and Defendant A returned the stolen property to I.
