Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 27, 2014, the Defendant, at the “C” store for the Defendant’s operation in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, inserted 80 SD cards illegally reproduced by the victim F, which had neighboring rights, into “effal radio” as indicated in the attached list of crimes, thereby infringing the neighboring rights of the victim by selling one copy of the 80 SD cards illegally reproduced by the victim F, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
