Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 4, 2014, around 11:00, the Defendant infringed on the author’s property right by selling so-called “effective radio” inserted by SD Card that was reproduced by “G”, etc., whose neighboring rights are reproduced at LG electronic agency located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan.
