Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

From May 2014 to July 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) inserted approximately three copies of SD cards illegally reproduced by the victim E from May 2014 to July 3, 2014, the Defendant infringed the neighboring rights of the victim by selling approximately three copies of SD cards illegally reproduced from May 24, 2014, as indicated in the attached crime list, from the “C” store operated by the Defendant, which was operated by Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B, to the “C” store operated by the Defendant, in which the victim E-215 had neighboring rights.
