Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a swimming instructor of the facility B, and the victim C (24 years of age) is a partner of the same center.

1. Indecent acts by compulsion;

A. The Defendant, around 17:00 on October 2018, committed an indecent act on the part of the victim, who was organized in the swimming pool of the facility B located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and on the part of the victim, who was organized in the swimming pool of the facility B located in Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, by driving the victim’s vessel one time from the aftermath to the second hand.

2. The Defendant, at around 14:00 to 15:00 on October 2018, thereby impairing the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out the fact that the victim attempted to engage in a sexual intercourse with E, which is the same workplace rent, and at the same place of work, F, G, etc., the victim “I am about, I want to walk, I want to walk, I am old while I want to walk.”
