Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a swimming instructor of the swimming pool in the “C Sports Center” on the 3rd floor of the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment building B, and the victim D (the victim E (the 25 years old), the victim E (the 25 years old), the victim F (the 25 years old), the victim G (the 33 years old age old), and the victim G (the 33 years old) are students who learn the swimming of the Defendant.
1. On June 5, 2017, the Defendant, at the above swimming pool on June 21:00, 2017, dried up the Victim D with a height to inform the Victim D of the swimming law, and committed an indecent act by force against the Victim by putting the Victim’s left inner part of his/her arms, making the Victim’s hand into the Victim’s left upper part of his/her chest.
2. On June 19, 2017, at the above swimming pool around 21:40 on June 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) stopped a swimming by force while the Defendant was her free will; (b) obstructed the opening of the victim; (c) obstructed the victim by putting the part under the chest of the victim’s chest from behind the victim’s hand to the lower part of the victim’s chest; and (d) committed an indecent act by forcing the victim by putting the Defendant’s grandchildren under the influence of the victim’s chest.
3. On June 21, 2017, the Defendant, at the above swimming pool on June 21, 2017, 21:00, committed an indecent act by force against the victim by inserting his/her hand on the left shoulder, instead of his/her Dac and shoulder, to the victim E, and by forcing him/her to kill the chest on several occasions.
4. On July 3, 2017, at the above swimming pool around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) was sentenced to a free punishment; (b) was used by hand from the chest side of the victim F, going in the future; (c) was pushed down in the future; (d) made the victim stop; and (e) made the victim stop; (e) let the victim stop selling; and (e) let the victim cut down on one parcel; and (e) let the victim take down on the part of the Defendant’s buckbuck; and (e) let the Defendant sit down on the part of the Defendant’s buckbuck; and (e) the victim bucks in the same way.
