A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 24, 2018, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million at the Cheongju District Court for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, and KRW 5 million at the same court on August 23, 2018.

2. Around 02:50 on May 17, 2019, the Defendant driven a C-cr-car without a car driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 5km from the front of the B-Si, Cheongju-si, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, the first half of which is about 0.095% of alcohol content.

As a result, the Defendant, who violated the provisions of “the prohibition of driving under the influence of alcohol” not less than twice, driven a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in violation of the same provision.

[2019 Highest 1427] On April 2, 2019, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a C-Korean cruise car within approximately 14 kilometers from around the 08:00 Cheongju-si D apartment underground parking lot to the F in Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si.
