Punishment of the crime

The Defendant operates a restaurant called “C” in Gyeonggi-gun B.

A person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall not place a false mark of the place of origin or place a mark likely to cause confusion therewith, or prepare, sell or provide such products in disguised manner of the place of origin.
