A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to eight months and a fine of up to five million won.

However, the above imprisonment for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who runs the instant meat sales and processing business under the trade name of “C” in Kimhae-si, which is called “C.”

No person shall make a false indication of origin or make a mark likely to cause confusion with it, and no person shall sell it in a disguised manner of origin, or store or display it for the purpose of sale.

Accordingly, the Defendant made a false indication of the origin of agricultural products and sold agricultural products in a disguised manner.

Accordingly, the Defendant sold agricultural and fishery products with the country of origin labeling in a false manner, and stored and displayed them for the purpose of sale.
