When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 16:30 on July 15, 2016, the Defendant driven B Oba in a section of approximately 500 meters away from the Do in front of the Habadong-dong, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do to the shooting distance, without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road on which the mandatory insurance provided in the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is not subscribed;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated an erroneous part of Paragraph 1, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1.
