A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of six months and a fine of three hundred thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 12:00 on February 23, 2019, the Defendant driven a large-scale car twitb, without obtaining a license for a motorcycle in approximately 9.4 km section from the front of the “C” located in the B of the Ulsan-gun in the same Do to the front of the Defendant’s office located in the same Do D.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road on which the mandatory insurance provided in the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is not subscribed;

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated an erroneous part of Paragraph 1, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1.

3. On March 1, 2019, the Defendant of an unlawful use of air defense, or an unlawful use air defense event: (a) attached the number plate kept by the Defendant at the Defendant’s house as stated in paragraph (1) to the back part of the lower part of the lower part; (b) from around that time to April 2019, the Defendant operated the said Haba at a non-permanent place in the Bupyeong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the defendant used air illegally, and exercised the illegally used air defense.
