Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Young-gu District Court Young-gu District Court’s Young-gu District Court’s Young-gu Branch, and on November 11, 2009, sentenced a fine of KRW 5 million to the same crime in the same court.
