Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around August 2013, the Defendant was in charge of the instant officetel management work in the week Etel in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the representative director, and the relationship with C did not have any ability to refund KRW 50 million to F at the end of the lease period from the first floor lessee of the above officetel to F, thereby converting the deposit amount of KRW 50 million to the monthly rent and being additionally paid KRW 2 million. However, the Defendant was authorized to extend the lease period of KRW 13 million by calculating the monthly rent as KRW 13 million. At that time, the Defendant was authorized to extend the lease period of KRW 4 months by calculating the monthly rent as KRW 13 million, with the intention of changing the economic difficulties caused by such reasons as delayed payment of wages, etc.

1. On August 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) agreed to convert the remaining security deposit into monthly rent between the lessee F and the lessee F, who operated the public bath at the relevant place for the purpose of uttering; (b) agreed to extend the term of lease by starting the scope of the original delegation from C; and (c) obtained a confirmation using the computer to extend the term of lease on behalf of the Plaintiff; and (d) confirmed that the term of lease of G is by January 24, 2014. The said term of lease may be adjusted if mutual agreement was reached. The said term of lease stated that “the rent has been paid in full”; (b) obtained the printing of the said term of lease, stating that “the rent has been paid in full” using the pen; and (c) obtained the owner’s seal to be DC, and then affixed the seal to the representative director at the right and duty; and (d) obtained the certificate to use it from F.D. to use it.
