A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On March 20, 2017, the Defendant, at the Ccafeteria operated by the Defendant in Hanam-si, B, without D’s consent, indicated “Btel E,” “Btel E,” “B0 million won in the column of deposit,” “F million won in the remainder column,” “one million won in the monthly rent column,” “one million won in the column of the lease term of Article 2,” “D” in the column of the lease term of Article 2, “F” in the lessor column, “D” in the lessor column, and “F” in the leased term column of the above D’s name.

For the purpose of exercising, the Defendant forged a copy of the monthly rent contract of real estate under the name of D, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant above A.

In the location column of the site of the real estate monthly rent contract without the consent of H, “Btel G, Gyeonggi-do, Btel G”, “this million won”, “this million won” in the deposit column, “one million won” in the balance column, “one million won” in the monthly rent column, “H”, “H” in the lessor column, “F” and “F” in the lessor column without the consent of H, and stamped H’s seal arbitrarily created following the name of the said H.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged one copy of the monthly rent contract of real estate under H, a private document on rights and obligations.

C. The Defendant above A.

In the location column of the site of the real estate monthly rent contract without the I’s consent, the term “Btel E” in Gyeonggi-do, “Btel E” in the column of the deposit, “this million won” in the column of the down payment, “one million won” in the balance column, “one million won” in the column of the monthly rent, “one million won” in the column of the lease term of Article 2, “I” in the column of the lease term of Article 2, “I” in the column of the lessor, “F” in the column of the lessor, and “F” in the column of the above I’s name.

The defendant is therefore entitled to exercise.
