Punishment of the crime

1. On January 23, 2018, at around 00:50, the Defendant damaged the “C” road located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “C”), a signboard of the victim D’s market value of KRW 400,000,000, which was set up at the same place, once.
