Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 01:05, the Defendant: (b) boarded a cab in front of the Hanam-si, CF apartment1 complex in the Hanam-si, the destination of which was scheduled; and (c) while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant locked in the taxi in the si was at the seat of 105 (105) a parking lot in the Hanam-si, the coast guard around 01:30 on the same day.

The Defendant, at the above place, expressed a desire to return home from H to a police officer who belongs to the Gyeonggi-Nam Police Station, and expressed a desire to return home to the Republic of Korea, such as “ging Chewing,” and H’s face to the face, and assaulted H’s upper part and back head at one time.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the maintenance of public order.

2. On April 25, 2012, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s taxi business for about 15 minutes by force by obstructing the performance of official duties and by obstructing the victim D from driving the said taxi to another place without receiving the taxi fee, and by obstructing the victim D from driving the said taxi at the parking lot before the Hanam-si Police Station, at around 01:30 on April 25, 2012.
