Punishment of the crime

1. On April 30, 2013, the Defendant interfered with his/her duties was boarding a D taxi operated by the victim C at a d taxi and passing ahead of the new E apartment path in the Sinnam-si, Sinnam-si, the destination for which was scheduled.
