Details of the disposition
The plaintiff is a school foundation that establishes and operates a D University.
The Intervenor B was newly appointed as a full-time lecturer at D University Information Media Department on March 1, 2005 and was reappointed on a yearly basis on January 2, 2013 and was reappointed from March 1, 2013 to February 28, 2014.
(As a result of the revision of the Higher Education Act regarding the classification of teaching staff, the name was changed to an assistant professor from July 22, 2012. The Intervenor C was appointed as a full-time lecturer at D University on March 31, 2005 and was reappointed on a yearly basis on April 1, 2012. The Intervenor C was promoted as an assistant professor on January 2, 2013 and was reappointed on January 2, 2013 from March 1, 2013 to February 28, 2014.
[Agreement on Appointment of Teachers] ① (referring to the duties, etc. of teachers; hereinafter the same shall apply) in the course of service by Article 4 (Agreement on Appointment of Teachers; hereinafter the same shall apply) (1) (referring to the intervenors; hereinafter the same shall apply), the faculty personnel regulations, other service regulations, etc. shall be observed.
(3) During the period from November 1, 2012 to October 30, 2013, Eul shall publish his/her thesis at least 150% on a domestic or foreign well-known academic site (based on the criteria recognized by the registration place registered in the Korea Science Promotion Foundation, the registration candidate place, or the standards table for the classification of achievements of the Evaluation Committee on the Performance of Teachers' Duties as of Principal School) and shall acquire at least 85 points for the evaluation of achievements, including at least 54 points for the evaluation of achievements in the research sector conducted in the principal school, and shall actively contribute to the development of the principal school through education and research.
Article 9 (Other Matters not prescribed in this Agreement or the interpretation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be resolved by applying the relevant Acts and subordinate statutes, the personnel regulations of the principal faculty, and employment practices in order.
The terms and conditions of reappointment among the written agreement on the appointment of teachers between D University and intervenors shall be as follows:
The intervenors enter into a contract with the same conditions from March 2005, and are other teachers.
