1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal, including the costs of supplementary participation, are all assessed against the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or may be acknowledged by taking into account the whole purport of the pleadings in each of the evidence Nos. 1, 1, 2, 2-2, 3, 4-1, 2, 5, 6-1, 2, 7-2, 8, 9, 18-2, 19, 19, 19-2, 19-2, 7, 22, 8, 22, 23 or 23.
The plaintiff is a school foundation that establishes and operates a D University.
② The Intervenor B was newly appointed as a full-time lecturer at D University Information Media Department on March 1, 2005 and was reappointed on a yearly basis on January 2, 2013 to February 28, 2014.
(3) The Intervenor C was appointed as a full-time lecturer at D University on March 31, 2005 and was reappointed on a yearly basis, and was promoted on April 1, 2012 as an assistant professor on January 2, 2013, and was reappointed on January 2, 2013 from March 1, 2013 to February 28, 2014.

(3) During the period from November 1, 2012 to October 30, 2013, Eul shall publish his/her thesis at least 150% on a domestic or foreign well-known academic site (the criteria recognized by the registration place registered in the Korea Science Promotion Foundation, the registration candidate, or the standards for determining the achievements of the teachers' achievement evaluation committee of the principal school), and shall acquire at least 85 points for the evaluation of achievements, which include at least 54 points for the evaluation of achievements in the research sector, conducted in the principal school, and shall be actively engaged in the development of the principal school through education and research.
