1. Around April 2012, the victim Q Q made a false statement to the victim Q Q (n, age 65) stating that “The victim Q will change its land category to the forest land owned by Q in Gyeyang-gu R. Q (R). The cost of land category change, fees, etc. need to be paid.”

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to change the land category.

As such, the Defendant was able to make a false statement, and was transferred KRW 500,000 from May 2, 2012 to the victim for the change of land category, as well as KRW 15,420,00 in total over 19 times from around that time to October 22, 2012, as shown in Appendix I.

2. Around April 2010, the Defendant stated that “The Victim T will change the land category of T in Yangyang-gu U from the entire site to the site at the S Office located in Gyeyang-gu R in Gyeyang-gu, Soyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, 2010, and that “The Victim T will change the land category from the entire site. The cost of land category change, fee, etc. need to be paid.”

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to change the land category.

As such, the Defendant was issued a total of KRW 26,40,000 over six occasions from around that time to January 30, 2013, including a false statement and received KRW 900,000 from the victim’s expense for land category change.

[2014 Highest 3114] Around March 2012, the Defendant said that “The owner of X and its neighboring site located in Gyeyang-gu W is a pastor, Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu, Goyang-gu. The surrounding site is 500 square meters and the market price is 500 million, and if a divisional registration is possible, 60 million won will be divided and purchased during the above site.”

However, in fact, on May 8, 2012, the Z and the buyer of the KJJ Association of the KJJ on May 8, 2012, with the purchase-price of one billion won as the purchase-price AB, AC, etc.
