1. The plaintiff's claim of this case against the defendants is dismissed in entirety.

1. Basic facts

A. D died on October 4, 2013, and Defendant F, G, and H jointly inherited the property of Defendant E, his spouse, and children.

4 The defendant B shall have his own name with respect to all the site of January 3, 2012 and one-half of the roads of January 4, 2012.
