A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 1, 200, the defendant, who was a foreigner of Chinese nationality, entered Korea as a visa for short-term stay, and was staying in Korea as a visa for non-professional employment, was over the period of stay and forced to depart from Korea for five years thereafter, and was unable to enter Korea for five years thereafter, he had the intention to enter Korea using a forged passport.

The defendant paid a false passport in the name of 8500 Chinese currency (Korean currency equivalent to KRW 15 million) to a person whose name is unknown at a place where his name is unknown, and made a false passport in the name of C, D). On September 19, 2005, the defendant entered Korea using the above passport on September 19, 2005.

On April 16, 2009, the Defendant filed an application for re-issuance of a driver’s license issued in the name of “A” under the name of “C, D,” which is the actual name at the examination site of a driver’s license with the Gangseo-gu Seoul Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on April 16, 2009, with a passport issued in the name of “C,” and a driver’s license issued in the name of “C,” which was falsely prepared and possessed as above, submitted the application for re-issuance of a driver’s license in the name of “C,” and the

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the re-issuance of driver's license by a deceptive scheme.

2. On February 14, 2010, the Defendant: (a) possessed a false passport in the name of Jung-gu Incheon Airport, Jung-gu, Incheon Airport (272 Incheon Airport); and (b) submitted a false passport in the name of the Incheon Airport Immigration Management Office, which is in charge of departure inspection while departing from China, to a public official whose name is unknown; and (c) submitted a false passport in the name of the Incheon Airport Immigration Management Office, which is in charge of departure inspection, and passed the departure inspection by submitting it to the public official for departure inspection.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning departure inspection duties of public officials of the Incheon Airport Immigration Management Office by fraudulent means.

3. The Defendant committed the crime on February 23, 2010 shall be Incheon Si around February 23, 2010.
