1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of eight months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 200, the Defendants, as Chinese Chinese nationals, gathered to acquire the nationality of the Republic of Korea in the name of "B", who was missing and went missing from among Korean nationals through the brokerage of a false passport indicating his name in China, and entered Korea on April 22, 2000 after forging the passport, as the names of "B", "B (E)" and "A (AF)" married with "B" and "B", "C (G residents)" and "D (H students), each subparagraph, passport, etc. were forged, and entered Korea on April 22, 200.

Although Defendant B was not a Korean national “B (E)”, the Defendant entered Korea as if he was a Korean national of 1 year old, and submitted an application for recovery of nationality to the Chinese national of the Republic of Korea on January 18, 2001, and received a passport of the Republic of Korea issued under the above “B” name.

A foreigner shall have a valid passport and a visa issued by the Minister of Justice at the time of entry, and when the foreigner departs from the Republic of Korea, he/she shall undergo a departure inspection at the entry and departure port with a valid passport.

Nevertheless, the Defendant left Korea through Incheon International Airport on February 8, 2015 while living in the Republic of Korea, through which he/she had been living in the Republic of Korea, through which he/she had the nationality of the Republic of Korea, and entered the Republic of Korea in the same way five times in total as shown in the Schedule of Crimes (B), and entered the Republic of Korea in total five times in the same manner as in the Schedule of Crimes (B) from October 11, 2017, as if he/she was a Chinese national, and is not a Korean national, a valid passport as if he/she was a “B” of the Republic of Korea, and a passport of the Republic of Korea in the name of “B” without a visa issued by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Korea.
