A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Seized evidence Nos. 1 and 2 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "China").

Nationality is a foreigner of nationality.

Around December 22, 1995, the Defendant, using the heading unit D (D, female, E) of the Chinese nationality ship D (S, E), was a disguised marriage with F of the Republic of Korea nationality around December 22, 1995, was issued to F of the Republic of Korea passport around November 15, 1997 after acquiring the nationality of the Republic of Korea around November 10, 1997. On October 2001, the Defendant received a demand from an investigative agency for attendance in relation to disguised marriage and acquisition of the nationality of the Republic of Korea using another person’s name, the Defendant left China using the Chinese passport of a person whose name is unknown.

On October 30, 2007, the Defendant confirmed the fact that he entered the Chinese passport under his name and did not cancel the nationality of the Republic of Korea in the name of “D”, and was reissued a Korean passport under the above name of “D” around November 7, 2007.

1. No person shall enter false facts in any document submitted for the issuance or reissuance of a passport, or use other unlawful means to have a passport issued or reissued;

The Defendant intended to enter the United States using the Republic of Korea passport, but the electronic passport was required for the entry of the United States. Around June 1, 201, the Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Office located in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Incheon, prepared a false application for the reissuance of a passport, stating the Defendant’s personal information as D, and attaching the Defendant’s photograph as D, and at the same time, submitted an application for the reissuance of a Korean passport under the name of D and made a false report to the public official in charge of know of such fact.

2. Exercising a false passport;

A. The Defendant, on May 8, 201, entered the departure examination place of the Incheon International Airport located in Jung-gu, Incheon, and the passport of the Republic of Korea (a passport number): a passport of November 7, 2007, stating the personal information of D issued around November 7, 207.
