Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 5, 2013, at around 23:35, the Defendant was requested to produce identification cards from B, who is an employee of a safety situation team, at the entrance search stand at the entrance of the Gangseo-do Casino, Gangwon-do, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the Defendant presented the three resident registration certificates under the name of C in the name of the issuance of the Gyeongbuk-do Port, which was in possession of in advance, and illegally exercised them.
