Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 25, 2013, the Defendant was required to present his/her identification card to verify the identity of the person who entered the casino games at the Gangseo Islands Casino Search Team, the security team of Gangwon-do was located in 424, Gangwon-do, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gangwon-do.

Therefore, the defendant presented that the resident registration certificate of D issued by the head of Seo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, which is an official document in advance, is a resident registration certificate of the defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration certificate unlawfully and at the same time illegally held a resident registration certificate which is an official document.
