Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of a low-income vehicle in B.

On March 28, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 16:00, and continued to drive the vehicle at a speed of about 30km/h from the sapcheon-gu, Sungnam-gu to the direction of the five-lane road in front of the Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-do.
