Punishment of the crime

1. Around 05:30 on September 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a B-cracking car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.174% in the influence of alcohol on the part of approximately 500 meters from the roads near Sung-dong, Sung-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu to the roads near the 1stnish basin in the same city.
