A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Some of the facts charged were corrected.

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

1. Around 17:50 on December 16, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (e.g., after-accident) (i., the U.S.) driven the said rocketing car, and led the Defendant to proceed along one-lane road of the five-lanes adjacent to the flood station located in the Ginam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu.
