Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff is a juristic person entrusted with the industrial accident compensation insurance business by the Minister of Employment and Labor pursuant to the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act (hereinafter “Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act”), and the Defendant is an insurer who has concluded a comprehensive automobile accident compensation insurance contract with the Peace Tourism Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Pung Tourism”), the owner of the bus A (hereinafter “instant Lives”).
B. On April 201, 201, the HyundaiMco Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “NMCo”) entered into a contract on consignment management of the transit bus (hereinafter “instant contract”) with Hyundai Motor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “NMCo”) for the work of the workers of the Ulsan Factory for Peace Tourism and Hyundai Motor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “NF”) on the following terms: (a) the specific representative MM Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “A”) and peace tourism Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “B”) enter into a contract on the lease of the shuttle Factory bus for Hyundai Motor Vehicles:
Article 1 [Purpose of Contract] The purpose of this Agreement is to facilitate the amount of lease on a deposit basis and to operate a given time and section to safety for the commuting to and from work of officers and employees of the Ulsan Motor Vehicle.
