1. The Defendant’s KRW 23,544,673 as well as 5% per annum from November 24, 2012 to February 4, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff as the party is a corporation entrusted with the industrial accident compensation insurance business by the Minister of Employment and Labor pursuant to the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act (hereinafter “Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act”), and Taecheon Tourism Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Slified Tourism”) is the owner of a bus A (hereinafter “Slified Tourism”), and the Defendant is the insurer who entered into a comprehensive automobile accident compensation insurance contract with respect to Taecheon Tourism and the foregoing Maritime Vehicles.

B. Around January 2010, HyundaiMCo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “NMCo”) entered into a contract with Taecheon Tourism to assign vehicles and drivers to and from work for employees of Hyundai Motor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “MMCo”) for use in commuting to and from work. The details of the contract are as follows.

Section 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure the smooth and safe operation of leased periods and sectors for the commuting to and from work of officers and employees of the Ulsan Factory for Hyundai Motor Vehicles.

Article 2 (Operation Sections and Hours): Sections designated by Hyundai Mco, service routes: Routes and platforms designated by Hyundai Mco, service hours: The starting and arrival time designated by Hyundai Mco (contract Period) period of this Agreement shall be six months in principle from January 1, 2010 to June 30, 2010.

(Provided, That if there is no prior notice (one month) at the expiration of the contract period, it shall be automatically extended for six months, and detailed conditions shall be separately consulted).
