1. The Defendant’s KRW 22,910,713 among the Plaintiff and KRW 8,057,343 among the Plaintiff, shall be from April 15, 2011, and KRW 6,526,743.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff as the party is a corporation entrusted with industrial accident compensation insurance business by the Minister of Employment and Labor under the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act (hereinafter “Industrial Accident Insurance Act”), and the peace tourism (hereinafter “pacif tourism”) is the owner of a bus A (hereinafter “the instant piracy”), and the Defendant is the insurer who entered into a comprehensive automobile accident compensation insurance contract with the Peace Tourism.

B. On January 2010, peace tourism entered into a lease agreement with HyundaiMCo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “MMco”) for the relocation and removal of officers and employees of the Ulsan Factory Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “SMco”) (hereinafter “SMco”), and entered into a transit bus consignment management contract (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the following contents.

(1) (Purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to operate a lease system with a smooth and stable time and section to ensure the smooth and stable operation of the lease system for the relocation and retirement of officers and employees of the Ulsan Factory for Hyundai Motor Vehicles.

Article 8(1) In the implementation of this Agreement, peace tourism shall be treated as a good and good manager in accordance with the purport of this Agreement by complying with the relevant laws and regulations, formulating a business process plan, properly assigning drivers to guide, supervise, and guide them. 2) Peace tourism must conduct cultural education for drivers and regular vehicle maintenance so that employees of modern motor vehicles may not have a sense of displeasure or safety while on board, and ensure safe operation.

Article 10 (Calculation and Payment of Amount) The amount of contract shall be calculated by consultation between peace tourism and Hyundai MMco, and the standard unit price shall be 68,000 won per time.

Article 12 (Responsibility for Accidents) 1 Peace tourism is caused by an accident that occurs during operation under this Agreement.
