A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 04:50 on June 4, 2015, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender in the obstruction of performance of official duties from the said J, by assaulting the flaps of the J, i.e., the police officer, who was a police officer of Pyeongtaek-gu Police Station I District, dispatched to the site after being reported by 112 during the punishment of women-friendly H and franc, and she was sat down to Ha and the Defendant. However, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender in the obstruction of performance of official duties.

At around 05:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) committed assault by the police officer, who belongs to the same district unit, on the 112 patrol vehicles, on the ground that Lbucks part of the above Lbucks around one stop, while arrested and getting off from the 112 patrol vehicles; (b) the police officer, who was a police officer belonging to the same district unit, used the Defendant’s arms.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on the control of crimes.
