1. The defendant, citing the judgment of the court of first instance, submitted only a petition of appeal without stating the grounds for appeal, and did not submit a document stating the grounds for appeal, and did not appear at the date of pleading of this court.

Even if this Court re-examines the evidence submitted to the first instance court, it is justifiable to find facts and make decisions at the first instance court.

The reasons to be stated by this court are the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and they are cited by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
