Purport of claim and appeal

The judgment of the first instance.

1. The plaintiff citing the judgment of the court of first instance submitted a petition of appeal without stating the grounds for appeal, but did not submit a document stating the grounds for appeal, and did not appear at the date of pleading of this court.

Even if this Court re-examines the allegations and the evidence submitted by the plaintiff, it is justifiable to find facts at the first instance court and determine.

The reasons to be stated by this court are the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and they are cited by the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. The plaintiff's claim of this case in the conclusion of the judgment must be dismissed in entirety as there is no reasonable ground.

The judgment of the court of first instance is just and without merit, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
