1. The Defendant’s KRW 161,624,450 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from December 10, 2014 to October 8, 2015.

1. The following facts can be acknowledged, either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the purport of the whole pleadings, as stated in Gap evidence Nos. 1 to 4 and 8:

A) A Party was awarded a contract for construction cost of KRW 2.18 million, and during the construction period from February 7, 2013 to March 31, 2014 (hereinafter “instant first subcontract”).

). 2) 원고는 2013. 2. 7. 피고로부터 충주시 연수동 1626에 신축되는 충주 세영 리첼 아파트 2단지(이하 ‘이 사건 2단지 아파트’라 한다)의 기계설비 및 소방 공사(이하 ‘이 사건 2단지 공사’라 한다)를 공사대금 17억 4,000만 원, 공사기간 2013. 2. 7.부터 2014. 3. 31.까지로 정하여 도급받았다

(hereinafter referred to as “instant second subcontract,” and “instant subcontract,” in combination with the first subcontract of this case. (b)

(1) Around May 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to change the subcontract price to KRW 2.346 billion; the construction period to May 31, 2014; and the date of entering into the contract as of March 30, 2014 (hereinafter “instant amendment contract”). The Plaintiff entered the contract as of March 30, 2014 (hereinafter “instant amendment contract”).

(2) Around May 2014, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to change the construction cost of KRW 1.874 billion under the instant second subcontract to KRW 1.874 billion. The date of entering into the contract under the modified contract was written on March 30, 2014.

The Plaintiff’s completion of the construction project is the instant two complex construction around March 31, 2014, and the instant one complex construction project around May 31, 2014.
