A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 2016, the Defendant: (a) around the end of the year 2016, the Republic of the Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as “China”); (b) in the name of the People of the Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as “China”); (c) in the name of the Defendant’s middle school; and (d) in the name of the Defendant’s middle school, the Defendant was unable to obtain a visa (D-4-1) from the Republic of Korea; (d) although the Defendant was unable to obtain a visa from the university from the Republic of Korea due to the lack of property, the Defendant’s name was at the intervals of 40,000 UN on employees in the name of the said travel company; and (d) the Nonparty was willing to obtain a visa (D-4-1) from the Korea, which is located in the Republic of Korea, with the Defendant’s

On March 31, 2017, the Defendant: (a) at the D University located in Naju-si; (b) was a middle school graduate; and (c) submitted to the applicant a false certificate of higher education from the Korea Sports Management Training Institute for the Defendant, a false certificate of deposit issued by the Chinese Disabled Bank for the Defendant, etc. via the above name in the absence of property; and (d) had the person in charge of examination of admission, who knows that the details of each of the above documents are false, issue a standard admission permit in the name of the president of the D University on March 31, 2017.
Accordingly, the defendant in collusion with his name in order to interfere with the legitimate permission examination for admission of D University by fraudulent means.
2. On April 2017, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties in Gwangju Metropolitan City: (a) graduated from the Gwangju Immigration Management Office located in Gwangju Metropolitan City; (b) submits false documents, as stated in paragraph (1), such as a false certificate of graduate from higher education and training institutes for North Korean sports management, and a false Chinese bank deposit certificate against the Defendant, etc.; and (c) issued a visa visa (D-4-1) to the person in charge of the examination to recognize the issuance of the visa issued by the total head of the D University.
