A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant, such as the party status, is the team leader of the company D with the third and fourth floors of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C building, who was in charge of the above company-related events, the management of educational investors, and the attraction of investors.

On the other hand, as the representative director of the above D, the accomplice E takes charge of overall business activities such as business and investment fund management, and the accomplice F takes charge of investment consultation, holding briefing sessions, organization and branch management, etc., assisting the representative director E as the former managing director of the above D, and the accomplice G takes charge of guidance and supervision of the team leader, investor management, and investment attraction as the standing director of the above company, the accomplice H takes charge of the management of stocks purchase and investment attraction, the overall business affairs of the company by assisting E as the representative director of the above company, as the auditor of the above company, the Korea Asset Management Corporation and the central branch office of the above company, as the registration director of the above company, and the K takes charge of stock purchase and investment attraction, the company's overall business affairs as the representative director of the above company, and the K takes charge of investment management and investment attraction as the representative director of the above company's computer office, L takes charge of the investment fund management, the investment fund revenue and expenditure, and various accounting books management for the investors and the accomplice as the representative director of the above branch office of the company.

2. On November 22, 2010, in order to raise operating funds for the Defendant to purchase national tax payment shares together with the above E, the Defendant was the head office A, R, S, and S, the head of which is the head of the team at the headquarters 3, 4th office of the said company, the Seoul Central Branch Office located in P in Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul, and the Suwon-si Qu Building 203.
