A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

G as the head of the headquarters of the above company, has been in charge of planning affairs such as the above coffee franchise business design and the establishment of compensation franchise, investment explanation, and personnel management.

H has been in charge of the investment explanation and attraction as the chairperson of the above company, and has been in charge of the affairs such as inviting the head of each local center and regularly presiding over meetings with him.

I has been in charge of investment attraction and investment explanation as a nominal representative of the above company.

J is the wife of C and has been in charge of the distribution of goods such as coffee, cosmetics, and functional health foods to be provided to investors as directors of the above company.

K copied the compensation franchise such as (L) which is similar to the business method, thereby establishing a compensation franchise for investors with C, G, and also taking charge of the recruitment of investors, the computerized management of investment funds, the settlement of investment allowances, etc. as the computer department of the above company, and later, he/she was in charge of the above logistics affairs.

M as the director of the accounting division of the above company, has reported financial situation to C or paid allowances to business operators every day, and has been in charge of paying the operating expenses of the above company according to the direction of G.

The Defendant shall give C H to the above Company.
