A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At around 00:40 on March 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim C, who was under the influence of alcohol, and was exposed to the victim; (b) 1.50,000 won in cash; and (c) cut off 4,50,000 won in market value with three credit cards, and cut off 1.5 million won in market value.
2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. On March 28, 2014, around 02:06, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim D at the center of the "F for the operation of the victim D in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City(Seoul Special Metropolitan City)", and even if he was provided with alcohol and alcohol, he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price by a stolen credit card as stated in the above paragraph (1).

B. The Defendant committed a crime against Victim G at around 03:41 on March 28, 2014, the “IO store working for Victim G in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City,” and even if the Defendant was provided with alcoholic beverage and alcohol, he did not have the intent or ability to pay the price by a stolen credit card, such as the foregoing paragraph (1).
Nevertheless, the Defendant ordered alcohol andal alcohol, and by deceiving the victim, received the total amount of KRW 100,000 from the victim of alcohol andal alcohol. As above, the Defendant presented stolen credit card sales slips, and had the victim prepare a credit card sales slip, and made a false signature on that slip.
