1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 92,422,411 and as a result, from June 12, 2009 to November 24, 2017.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendants related to the parties are the operators of the Daegu-gu EF Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”), and the Plaintiff is a person who received surgery and treatment at the Defendant Hospital as follows:

B. (1) On June 10, 2009, the Plaintiff was given medical treatment because there was symptoms that the Plaintiff had a power on the front side of the Plaintiff’s own left side with a pain, and the Plaintiff was sent to the Defendant hospital.

The medical personnel of the defendant hospital diagnosed the plaintiff's symptoms as the syndrome and lenovitis of conflict with the annual installments system on the left-hand side of the hospital.

(2) On June 12, 2009, the Plaintiff: (a) at the Defendant Hospital, performed an operation to dumpate the active flusium with salting through diameter; and (b) remove an annual installments from the structure causing pains (hereinafter “first operation”).

(3) After the first operation, the Plaintiff’s left side pain did not disappear, and rather seems to have been gradually heartd, and the Plaintiff did not have any pain even though he had been subject to tracking and treatment in the outside of the Defendant hospital by October 2009.

(4) The Plaintiff, upon the recommendation of the medical staff of the Defendant Hospital, was subject to the RI test at another hospital, and as a result, the Plaintiff observed the galone type of cyst and the liquid storage around the pipe and the opinion on the galsynovis around the pipe.

(5) Accordingly, on March 17, 2010, the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital performed the Plaintiff with the same diagnosis (hereinafter “the second surgery”) on the following occasions: (a) the Plaintiff, under the same diagnosis before the Defendant’s hospital, e.g., e., an e., pulcing test and active amount saving; and (b) the conflicting annual

(6) However, after the second surgery, there were symptoms, such as reduction room, etc., on the left side of the Plaintiff, who was in the part of the surgery, and thereafter, the Plaintiff was regularly treated at the Defendant Hospital, but the reduction room, such as the pain of left side trees, was not restored.

(7) On November 9, 2010, medical personnel in the Defendant Hospital have the symptoms of the Plaintiff on November 9, 2010, stimulate the Plaintiff’s symptoms to the left balves of the balutal stimul and Uupfic duc.
