1. The decision of non-Confidence made by the Defendant on October 2, 2019 by the Plaintiff is revoked.

1. Details of a resolution of non-Confidence;

A. The defendant Congress is the local council of B, a local government.

As a member of the 8th Defendant Council, the Plaintiff was elected as the chairperson of the Defendant Council at the first plenary session held on July 9, 2018.

1. On October 1, 2019, the Plaintiff violated Article 70 of the Local Autonomy Act, which provides that “The Plaintiff shall not participate in the proceedings with respect to an agenda in which he/she has a direct interest with the president, by setting three hours after receiving a non-Confidence proposal from the staff of the Secretariat of the Defendant Council, even though he/she received the non-Confidence proposal in this case.

(1) On June 11, 2019, the Plaintiff: (a) on June 11, 2019, without accepting the recommendation of a member decided by the Special Committee on Budget and Accounts at the first plenary session of the first plenary session; (b) on the recommendation of a member of the Special Committee on Budget and Accounts at the plenary session, the Plaintiff was a member of the Special Committee on Budget and Accounts; and (c) on the recommendation of a member of the Special Committee on Budget and Accounts; (d) the Plaintiff was a member of the Special Committee on Budget and Accounts on his/her own on his/her own behalf; and (e) the plenary session was a member of the Special Committee on Budget and Accounts on the recommendation of the committee on his/her own by abusing

The Plaintiff, who caused a disturbance of qualities between the beginning of the first session of the Defendant Council of the 8th Defendant Council, was a party who had caused a disturbance of qualities between the French and the French.
