A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

No words, sounds, letters, pictures, images, or other things that may cause a sense of sexual shame or aversion through telephone, mail, computer, or any other means of communication, with intent to arouse or satisfy his/her own or another person's sexual desire, shall be allowed to deliver to the other party any words, sounds, pictures, images, or other things.

Nevertheless, at around 11:00 on April 9, 2013, the Defendant sent a video call by posting the phone number of the victim D (the age 21) discovered through the Internet website in advance at the Defendant’s house located in Seongbuk-gu building 201, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, and Sungnam-gu, and transmitted the video image of which the Defendant exposed the victim’s sexual organ to reveal and self-defluence.

From around that time to August 23:28, 2013, the Defendant sent the Defendant’s sexual picture to the victim’s account by posting the phone number of 23 victims discovered through the Internet site Kakaoto or Internet website fest, such as the phone number of 27 times in total, and transmitting the Defendant’s sexual picture by accessing the Defendant’s sexual organ to the victim’s account by accessing the phone number of 23 mobile phone numbers.

As such, the Defendant sent to the victims images or photographs that cause sexual humiliation or aversions by telephone or computer with a view to meeting the Defendant’s sexual desire.

No words, sounds, letters, pictures, images, or other things that may cause a sense of sexual shame or aversion through telephone, mail, computer, or any other means of communication, with intent to arouse or satisfy his/her own or another person's sexual desire, shall be allowed to deliver to the other party any words, sounds, pictures, images, or other things.

On April 9, 2013, the Defendant used a mobile phone from the Defendant’s house located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul, to the victim E (15 years of age, women) Kakaoto Ri.
