A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2015 Highest 997] On September 10, 2015, the Defendant sent one copy of a man’s sexual flag photograph searched and stored in the Internet website in the Defendant’s residence located in the original city of 10:22 on September 10, 2015 to the mobile phone of the victim D (n, 20 years of age).

As a result, the Defendant sent to the other party images that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion through communications media with a view to inducing or satisfying his or another person's sexual desire.

2. On September 10, 2015, around 10:13, the Defendant sent one copy of a man’s sex photograph, which was searched and stored in advance through the Internet website, in the Defendant’s residence located in the original city, via the Internet website, using the F hosting in the “E”, a mobile phone of the victim G (n, 26 years old).

As a result, the Defendant sent to the other party images that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion through communications media with a view to inducing or satisfying his or another person's sexual desire.

3. On May 18, 2014, the Defendant calls to the I Jeju Center (J) located in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, and calls from Jeju Special Self-Governing Province (J) to the victim who was not the counselor’s name, who was infinite, could finite his sexual flag if he was finite.

In a total of six times, such as asking questions as ‘the name of counselor' and asking questions to the victims of the same purport, etc., the 37 counseling centers, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 1, were called by the same method for 207 times from around that time to November 16, 2015.

As a result, the Defendant reached the other party that may cause a sense of sexual humiliation or aversion through communications media with a view to inducing or satisfaction of his or another person's sexual desire.
