Punishment of the crime

1. On October 28, 2013, around 08:10 on October 28, 2013, the Defendant sent the victim E (the 21 year old) a cell phone (D) owned by Nonindicted Party C, which was found to have become an unexpected circumstance in his house located in the Daegu-gu building B, Daegu-gu building 202, by using the cell phone (D).

Accordingly, the Defendant sent to the other party images that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion through mobile phones with a view to meeting his own sexual desire.

2. At around 08:18 on the same day as the above mentioned in the above paragraph (1), the Defendant sent the victim F (nive, 21 years of age) the above face to the same method in the same place.

Accordingly, the Defendant sent to the other party images that may cause sexual humiliation or aversion through mobile phones with a view to meeting his own sexual desire.

3. At around 09:07 on the day as described in the above paragraph (1), the Defendant sent the above head of the above content to the victim G (n, 22 years of age) in the same manner in the same place.

4. At around 13:28 of the same day as the above mentioned in the above paragraph (1), the Defendant sent the victim H (n, 25 years of age) the above-mentioned face to the same method in the same place.

5. At around 13:29 on the same day as the above mentioned in the above paragraph 1, the Defendant sent the victim I (the age of 21) the above pages in the same manner.
