A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a foreigner of Russia nationality, the victim C is the mother of the defendant and the victim D is the mother of the defendant, and the victim E is a person living together with the defendant for three years.

1. On January 5, 2015, the Defendant suffered injury: (a) around 19:40, in the residence of the victim C in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) on the ground that the victim, who is a female student, avoided his/her horse without hearing his/her horse, he/she saw the victim’s hair, b) in his/her hand over the floor; (c) 5 times the victim’s face and head; and (d) 3 times the part of the victim’s face and head beyond the floor.

As a result, the defendant suffered bodily injury such as brain salvina which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment to the victim.

2. On January 5, 2015, the Defendant sustained injury: (a) around 19:40 on the 19:40th day of Ansan-si, the victim D’s residence in the same subparagraph; (b) the victim was fluencing the victim C; (c) the victim was fluenced by her friencing; (d) the victim was flucenced by hand; (e) the victim was flucencing the victim; (e) the victim was flucenced by drinking; and (e) the victim was flucencing the head

As a result, the defendant suffered injury to the victim by causing a lineal ascendant or a lineal ascendant or a descendant for about three weeks of medical treatment.

3. On January 5, 2015, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collectively, deadly weapons, etc., damage, etc.) : (a) around 20:00 on the 20:0 residence of the victim E in the same subparagraph; (b) on the ground that the victim does not open the door; (c) on the ground that the Defendant’s mother and her mother live together, net value (60 cm in total length, 12 cm in length) dangerous goods at the new head of the apartment house (12 cm in total) and cut off the entrance door and windows of the above head door, which are the victim’s possession, and broken down the windows equivalent to 2.30,00 won in market price.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.
