1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

1. On March 20, 2009, D completed the registration of each ownership transfer on March 19, 2009, with respect to the land listed in paragraph (1) of the attached list No. 1 (hereinafter “real estate No. 1”) and the building listed in paragraph (2) of the attached list No. 2 of the same Table (hereinafter “No. 2 real estate”).

Land listed in paragraph 3 of the list (hereinafter referred to as “third real estate”) was jointly owned by 5 persons of T, U, V, D, and W at each 1/5 share.

D On March 20, 2009, on March 20, 2009, the Defendant completed the registration of the transfer of ownership on March 19, 2009 with respect to one-fifth of one-fifth of the three immovables.
