1. The Plaintiff’s lawsuit against Defendant P and Q is dismissed.

2. The plaintiff, and the defendant B shall enter "Real Estate List" in attached Form 1.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant B, R, and S’s registration of preservation of ownership 1) The U, who is the 25-year-old hand, is the Japanese colonial rule from 1918 to 1919, respectively, the real estate indicated in [Attachment 1] List of Real Estate (hereinafter “instant Real Estate 1”).

(2) The real estate indicated in the “Real Estate List” (hereinafter “Real Estate No. 2”)

[Attachment 3] Each real estate listed in the list of real estate (hereinafter “instant third real estate”).

2) On July 23, 1971, Defendant B (26 years of age), R (26 years of age), and S (27 years of age) completed registration of preservation of ownership under the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration, etc. of Ownership of Real Estate (Act No. 4502, hereinafter “Special Measures Act”) with respect to each one/3 of the instant real estate 1/2 years of age and 2.

3) On March 21, 1995, R and S completed the registration of ownership preservation under the Act on Special Measures for the Ownership of 1/2 shares among the instant 3 real estate. B. On June 1, 2011, R had donated 1/3 shares among the instant 1/2 and 3 real estate to Defendant C, his wife, and completed the registration of ownership transfer of each of the instant real estate shares on June 3, 201, after having donated 1/3 shares among the instant 1 and 2 real estate. On October 14, 2011, R and S completed the registration of ownership transfer of each of the instant real estate shares on October 18, 201.

2) On February 12, 2011, R completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 25, 201, after selling 1/2 shares out of 3 real estate of this case to Defendant Q Q on the same day, after selling 1/2 shares out of 3 real estate of this case, R completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 25, 201 to Defendant P and Q Q on March 25, 201. 3) The details of the registration of ownership transfer and the registration of ownership transfer on 1,2, and 3 real estate of this case (hereinafter “each real estate of this case”) are as listed in the following table.

The registration date of ownership registration of real estate shall be the date of registration of a titleholder as of the registration date of ownership transfer.
