1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B shall share in the attached list 21,052,724/437,943,99 and the attached list among the one real estate listed in the attached list.

1. Basic facts

A. The deceased D (hereinafter “the deceased”) died on July 14, 2015, and the deceased’s heir had the Plaintiff, E, F, G (the deceased’s children and died), H, Defendant B, and Defendant C.

B. On December 3, 2009, the Deceased donated 3/2 shares of the real estate listed in the [Attachment No. 1] list No. 1 (hereinafter “the real estate title of this case”) to Defendant B, the remainder of 1/3 shares to Defendant B, and completed each registration of ownership transfer under Defendant B and I’s respective names as of December 14, 2009 by Hongcheon District Court Hongcheon Registry No. 27349, Dec. 14, 2009.

C. On December 3, 2009, the Deceased donated the instant real estate No. 2 to Defendant B, which was owned by the deceased, and completed the registration of ownership transfer under Defendant B’s name by Hongcheon District Court No. 27349, Dec. 14, 2009, which was received on December 14, 2009.

The market price around the time of the deceased’s death of each of the above real estate is KRW 125,645,333 (28,00 won x 6,731 square meters x less than KRW 6,731 square meters; hereinafter the same shall apply) among the instant real estate 1 based on the officially announced land price, and KRW 20,336,00 (20,500 x 992 square meters) of the instant real estate 2.

E. On December 15, 2005, the Deceased donated real estate Nos. 3 and 4 of this case owned by it to Defendant C, and completed the registration of transfer of ownership under the name of Defendant C as Hongcheon District Court’s Hongcheon Registry No. 28967, Dec. 19, 2005.

The market value of each of the above real estate at the time of the death of the deceased is 20,654,100 won (15,900 square meters x 1,299 square meters) of the instant 3 real estate based on the officially announced land value, and KRW 8,776,800 of the instant 4 real estate (15,900 square meters x 552 square meters).

F. On December 3, 2009, the Deceased donated real estate Nos. 5, 6, and 7 of this case owned by the deceased to Defendant C, and completed the registration of transfer of ownership under the name of Defendant C as Hongcheon District Court Hongcheon Registry No. 27350 on December 14, 2009.

The market value of each real estate at the time of the death of the deceased is based on the officially announced value.
