A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months and a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.

However, the above imprisonment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 15:10 on July 17, 2012, the Defendant driven a CITI 100G motor bicycle without obtaining a motorcycle license from a section of approximately 300 meters from the front side of the B apartment in front of the Dansan-gun, Chungcheongnambuk-gun, to the front side of the Osan-si in the same Ri.

2. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act, as stated in paragraph (1), was found to have been exposed to a police officer, who belongs to the voice police station, for failing to wear protective outfits while driving a motorcycle, and was demanded to present a driver’s license.

3.
